NOTE: Product orders place between 12 - 25th April will be dispatched on 26th April.

Please understand that when you cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge fee for that appointment booked.

'No shows' will incur a 100% charge fee for that appointment booked. This will need to be paid before we can make any future appointments with you.

Cancellations and no shows have a significant impact on our business and we hope that you can understand our need to enforce this policy.
We do understand that unplanned illness can occur, but please notify us as soon as possible. Waiver of cancellation fee is at our discretion, but fees for 'no show' will not be waived.
